We ship within Kenya only. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (East Africa Time), Monday to Saturday, are shipped the same day.
Transit time is estimated at 0–1 business days.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 3 days of delivery.
Returns must be made in-store and in their original condition.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days, and no restocking fees apply.
